FAQ
Before the first scan.
Yes. The player runs a small open-source app and enters the code. That is the whole install. It reads the Minecraft folder and Windows traces such as Prefetch, then sends file hashes, log lines, and metadata. It does not decide what is a cheat.
The Minecraft username, the UUID, and the scan results for that session. No IP addresses. No personal files. Results are deleted after 30 days.
They can rename or delete a file. The scan still checks hashes, current and archived logs, launcher profiles, and Prefetch entries from the minutes before the screenshare. Nothing catches every cheat. This is built to catch what a manual pass misses.
So anyone can see what the app collects. The detection database and the rules that turn a hash or a log line into a flag stay on the server. Reading the client does not show how we catch cheats.
It decompiles unknown mods on a separate server and looks past the hash. It is not in the first release.
Yes. A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and stays active until the end of the period already paid. A one-time payment does not renew.
